Additional NotesI accept the payment and cancellation terms.For events more than 14 days away, half of the package price plus any travel fee is due today and the remaining half is due 14 days before the event. For events within 14 days, the full package price plus any travel fee is due today. Cancellations 28 or more days before the rental incur a fee equal to 10% of the package total. Cancellations 15 to 27 days before the rental incur a fee equal to 50% of the package total. Payments are nonrefundable within 15 days of the event.

Submitting saves your details as an inquiry. The rental period is reserved only after payment. Travel of 50 miles or more includes a $50 fee. Requests beyond 75 miles may be submitted but require approval.

Travel requests are welcome

Travel under 50 miles is included. Events 50 miles or farther add $50. Locations beyond 75 miles may still request a booking, but acceptance is not guaranteed and requires our approval.
